You want to register at sikhna.eu. Great news, it’s easy! Registration is for free and it will take only a couple of minutes. Once you open an account, you can start learning online immediately and enjoy all our sikhna courses and fantastic offers. Get started!

1. First of all, you need to create an account by clicking on “SIGN UP” right at the top right corner of the page .

2. Fill in the registration form writing your username and e-mail address. Then choose a password. Remember to choose a password with at least 8 characters long. You can also write down more details about you in the “Location and Bio” fields. Don’t worry, you can change this information anytime.

3. Submit by clicking on “COMPLETE SIGN UP”.

4. In a couple of minutes, you will receive an e-mail. To start using our website you need to activate your account by clicking the link in the e-mail that we will sent to your address. After clicking on the link, you will be forwarded to our website.

Now, you have successfully created your account.

5. The final step to activate your account is to click on the button ” ACTIVATE“.

Once you have successfully registered, you just have to click on “LOG IN” at the top right corner of teh page. Just enter your email address and your password to login.

There are different ways to contact us. Our contact form is the easiest way to get in touch with us. Our support team are also on hand to offer their advice and guidance via phone, email or live chat.

What is the difference between knowledge and skills?

To make it simple, knowledge is theoretical and skills are practical.

Knowledge is information acquired through sensory input: Reading, watching, listening, touching, etc. The concept of knowledge refers to familiarity with factual information and theoretical concepts. Knowledge can be transferred from one person to another or it can be self acquired through observation and study.

Skills, however, refer to the ability to apply knowledge to specific situations. Skills are developed through practice, through a combination of sensory input and output. As an example, social skills are developed through interaction with people by observing, listening, and speaking with them. Trial and error is probably the best way to achieve skills mastery.

How do I log-in into my sikhna account?

You can log-in to your sikhna account with your email and password. If you register for the first time you have to fill the form with your name and email address. You will received a confirmation email. After that, you can directly start with the courses.

How do I take a sikhna course?

sikhna courses are entirely on-demand. You can begin the course whenever you like, this means that you can enroll in the courses that interest you and learn at your own pace. During these three months you can download the course materials and watch the different course sections at your own pace. Remember that you will have three months to complete it.

sikhna courses can be accessed from several different devices and platforms, including a desktop / laptop, Android app, iOS app. Before you enrol in a course you will have to register. After you enroll in a course, you can access it by clicking on the course link you will receive in your confirmation email, provided you’re logged into your sikhna account.

How long do I have to complete a sikhna course?

As noted above, you can start whenever you like and you have three months to complete the course. During these three months you can download the course materials and watch the different course sections at your own pace.

Who can sign up for a course?

Anyone interested in Europe or the European Union and older than 13 years can study on sikhna.

This means you don´t need any formal qualification to join our sikhna courses. You just need to be interested in Europe and have an internet connection. You will tell you this on the course information page.

I am interested in courses on subjects about Europe that aren’t yet covered by sikhna. Will more courses be available?

We are currently working on a large number of courses that we have not yet been announced. We are always taking learners suggestions into account, when deciding what courses to create. You can suggest courses you would like to find on sikhna by contacting us: click the contact us button on our website and let us know what is important for you.

What is a course certification?

A Course Certificate is an official credential that confirms that you successfully completed a course on sikhna. This certification will help to demonstrate that you have achieved knowledge in a special field related to the European Union. Your online Certification will be your accomplishments, which is excellent for CV or resumes. You can share with your friends, relatives, co-workers and potential employers.

Do online courses include certificates?

After successfully completing a sikhna course (Standard or Premium) you will be eligible for a certification.

Certificate of Completion

Completion certificate – a user qualifies for this certificate if they have completed all of the lessons within the course and have passed the scored lessons. This means that the user has completed the course within the specified reporting period.

What does a course certification include?

A Course Certificate includes:

+The course name

+The instructor’s signature

+sikhna logo as the institution offering the course.

+ The date when the certification was issued

+A statement that sikhna has confirmed the identity of the learner who completed the course

What does a course certification nicht include?

A Course Certificate does not include:

+Academic credit from the partner institution offering the course

+The final grade you got in the course

+Your ID photo

+The hours you spent working on coursework

+A printed or mailed copy of the Course Certificate.

How do I get my certification?

Certificates are provided as downloadable PDF files, which you can print yourself. You can also share them electronically. You can see all the Course Certificates you’ve earned on your Accomplishments page. From there, you can download, print, or share your Certificates.

Fill out the new account form.
Check your email for a confirmation email from sikhna.eu (make sure it wasn’t blocked by spam filters!)
Click the link in the confirmation email and you have a sikhna.eu account.
You’ll know you’re logged in if you visit sikhna.eu and instead of a ‘Log in’ button, there’s a photo place holder (this is your account menu button).

Confirmation links expire! So if your confirmation link doesn’t work or if you never received one (and it isn’t in your trash or spam folders), you can request a new confirmation link.

I have forgotten my password. What can I do?

If you forget your password, don’t worry. Click on “Password forgotten” on sikhna homepage and this will take you to the Members Area login page. You will see a “forgot password” link under where you enter your login details. Click on “forgot password” and an email will be sent to your email address in order to reset your password.
